Creating BI Publisher Audit Reports Equivalent to Native Oracle Fusion Audit Reports

We're running into the row limit in the native Oracle Fusion HCM Audit Reports UI and are exploring the possibility of building custom BI Publisher audit reports instead.

For anyone who has successfully implemented this approach:

• Which audit tables, views, or data sources did you use to capture audit activity?
• What is the recommended approach for recreating the same level of detail available in the native Audit Reports (user, date/time, object, attribute changed, old value, new value, action, etc.)?
• Were you able to achieve coverage comparable to the native audit functionality across transactions and business objects?
