Current Date Agent Set Up

Summary:

I am using Workforce Assignment Real Time and Workforce Relationship Real Time. An agent provides the data. Because the agent exports rather than pulling the current date, a future termination does not appear in the active report, although the person is active as of the date pulled. The current criteria is very simple and set to capture all active employees within a specific business unit. If I "open" and pull the report, the future term appears, but if it is pulled in the results or sent by agent, the future term disappears.

I tried changing the criteria to include assignment end dates >= the current date as an and/or statement, and it doesn't seem to work. I tried pulling the Assignment Event to use the Time field, and that didn't work. Any suggestions on how to get the agent to pull based on the current date?
