BPM: Request more information task getting released automatically in 3 days.

Summary:

We have configured Approval Rules for certain transaction such as Change Personal Information, Personal Contribution, etc tasks. The Approval Notification is set with Expiration and Reminder setup through BPM Worklist.

The Task Configuration for 'PersonalInformation' in BPM is configured with following setup:

  1. Priority = 1
  2. Expiration Settings set to expire in "7" Days


But the "Request More Information" action does not follow the same conditions. The Approval Transaction gets released in 3 days if not addressed. The Transaction History shows "Released by Workflow System"

Is there any way to extend/control the release of notification for Request More Info?
