Bulk Agent Distribution

Summary:

For custom Outlook distributions, we first create the custom report in OTBI to capture the list of team members for Outlook, export it individually, and upload it to SharePoint for the Outlook team. There are 145 custom distributions. To keep the distributions updated, we do this process bi-weekly.

We have tried to automate the process by creating an agent; however, OTBI does not seem to support bulk distribution. We would like to streamline the process and automate it so we can increase updates and send all OTBI reports at one time in bulk. If this isn't an option, we would at least like to send individual agents to SharePoint, not via email or HTML. In SharePoint, the manual process includes an upload of the exported file. The agent option must mimic the manual option.
