When sending messages are showing the candidate name and requisition in preview blank when sent

Summary:

Recruiting is sending messages to candidates with the Insert Token Messages adding $Candidate First Name and $Requisition Title. When you click preview it is showing the applicant name and requisition but when the message is sent it is saying Dear , and not including the position in the body of the email or subject line. We have both Send Job Application Notification and Perform Recruiting Candidate Selection Process Actions
