Can we put any validations on the offer accepted or rejected button

Summary: Can we restrict to proceed to “Accept” or "Reject" the offer by candidates in Oracle Recruiting Cloud? Can DOB and SSN be required to be inputed by the candidate during the job offer acceptance email, in other words cannot proceed to “Accept” without entering this information? Right now they just have Accept and Decline? Can we put any validations on the offer accepted or rejected button?
