Hi,

I would like to understand how to configure a payroll element that is neither a cost nor a deduction from the employee, but allows the company to make payments on behalf of the employee to the Ministry of Interior (MOI), such as visa renewal, Iqama-related fees, or similar government charges.

The requirement is that the amount should not be deducted from the employee's salary. Instead, the company should pay the MOI directly, while the payment is processed through the payroll cycle and subsequently managed and reconciled through Oracle Cash Management, similar to a normal payroll payment.

Could you please advise on the recommended Oracle Fusion Payroll configuration or standard functionality to support this scenario?
