Custom Role with only Transaction Console access to view and approve all notifications

in Fusion Applications Administration

Per our requirement, we need to create a custom role with transaction console access to view and approve all notifications. This role does not need administrator level access to configure/modify approval rules.

Below are the privileges and duty roles that are currently added under the new custom role that we have created:

Approve Transactions
Perform HCM Approval Transaction Actions
Review Approval Transactions
Review Archived Approval Transactions
Run Approval Transactions Archive Process

In addition, we have also added 'Grant on HCM Approval Process Definition' Data Security Policy. But still, we are facing 'ORA-00936: missing expression' error when clicked on Transaction Console and so unable to view or approve any notifications.
