Contingent Worker Duplicate Check

Summary:

Hi Expert,

People can have multiple Contingent Worker assignments, and they can also have a combination of regular employee assignments and Contingent Worker assignments.

A duplicate person check is available for Contingent Workers and is currently configured to use the National Insurance Number (NIN) as shown in the screenshot.

Since we do not normally capture the National Insurance Number, could you please confirm whether the duplicate check can be reconfigured to use First Name and Last Name instead?
