When creating candidates using HDL, is it possible to upload their answers to prescreening questions

Summary:

We have a requirement to mass upload new candidates to a Pipeline Requisition. We have attached prescreening questions to this requisition, and would like to upload the candidate answers to these prescreening questions, when we load them - is this possible?

This information is currently managed on Excel.
