Search attachments in requisitions

Hi

I've been asked if we can use Taleo (we use TEE 7.5) to store files relating to that role.

I can see that we can add files, doc, docx, pdf, etc, but does anyone who how, or if at all, you can search Taleo to find these attachments?

A scenario would be;

Previous campaign - information stored in Taleo.

12 months later someone new wants to know what was done before but the team has changed and they don't know what the exact title or requisition number is. How could they search the system to find any relevant attachments?

Any help would be good as I'm exploring other avenues at the moment but would love it if Taleo could help
