We can typically find the approvers for the given transactions , but that can be done only after the transaction gets submitted.

e.g.

I can find out that Approver "X" is part of these many transactions using the reports, which also gives me the list of employees for whom there were data changes made and the approver "X" got in the approval hierarchy based on the data change and approval rule defined for that.
