Custom alert not working as expected after enabling Redwood Pages for Learning Specialist

Hi Team,

We have custom alerts already developed and it was working as expected in the system. After we enabled the redwood related features for the Learning Specialist, those custom alerts were not working as expected and it throws error and not triggering the notification as well.

Did anyone come across the same issue, if yes please share your thoughts to troubleshoot this issue.
