Can someone please provide value set names for City, State and Postal Code used in address creation

Hi Everyone,
I am trying to create a new custom DFF attributes for selecting address on PO header and unable to find seeded value sets used for City, State, Postal Codes. Can someone please provide the names so i can use them and provide a drop down similar to what seeded oracle provide, thanks.
