Validation Rule not working after refreshing the form

I'm experiencing the same issue described here.

Environment:

  • Service: Planning and Budgeting Cloud (PBCS)
  • Version: 26.08.95
  • Smart View Version: 25.200

Issue:
Data Validation Rule cell colors display correctly the first time a form is opened in Smart View (e.g., when opened via a task list link), but the formatting is lost after clicking Refresh. The Smart View "Apply" option is set to Cell Styles.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open the form from a task list (or directly) from the panel — validation rule colors display correctly.
  2. Click Refresh on the Smart View ribbon.
  3. Validation rule colors disappear, even though the underlying data still meets the validation criteria.
