Redwood AI app returns "Failed to load app. App not found:<app-name>

Summary:

Since this morning we are unable to open any of our custom agentic apps on our test pod. The app has been working fine for until yesterday and nothing was changed on our side.

What we see:
The page loads a plain white screen with "Failed to load app" and below it "App not found: xx_qcm_quality_workspace". No error is thrown in the UI beyond that, and the request does not appear to reach the app at all. Screenshot attached.
