Summary:

We are evaluating BPAY payments for Australian suppliers and would like to understand the standard Oracle Fusion Cloud support available for this payment method.

Several suppliers require BPAY payments using a Biller Code and Customer Reference Number (CRN). Currently, these payments are being handled manually, and we are looking for an Oracle-supported solution that can be integrated with our bank through the H2H payment process.

We would appreciate guidance from customers or Oracle experts on the following:

  1. Has anyone successfully implemented BPAY payments in Oracle Fusion Cloud Payables?
  2. Where do you store the BPAY Biller Code and Customer Reference Number within Oracle?
