Default Action & Action Reason when doing Global Transfer Transactions

Hi Team,

We have a client requirement where, during a Local and Global Transfer transaction, the system should auto-default the Action and Action Reason fields based on a country comparison between the employee's current legal entity and the future/next legal entity being selected.

By default, the Action field defaults to "Action 1" (a global transfer action). However, if the country of the current legal entity is different from the country of the future legal entity being selected (e.g., current legal entity is in India and the future legal entity is in Australia), the system should instead default the Action field to "Action 2," and the Action Reason field should default to "Action C" (out of three available action reasons in the dropdown).
