Bug Supplier Qualification and Action Plans for Redwood

Summary:

We are launching Redwood in the Test environment, but we are encountering a bug on the screen when enabling Redwood for supplier qualification and action plans.

If we leave one or the other enabled alone, the functionality works perfectly as expected. However, when activating both, the titles of the action plan screens become misconfigured, and when we return to the screen, the "new" icon disappears.

I would like to know if anyone has experienced this and how they resolved it.

I have already cleared the cache and tried in another browser, but the problem persists.
