Summary:

Is it possible to customize the login screen so that:
• The Single sign-on button is on the top of the page
• Pod name is always visible on the login page

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Prior to the upgrade, url includes the pod name which makes it easy to identify the environment the user is logging into. After the upgrade, the pod name is no longer available in the url and is hidden by default.
