ORC – Microsoft Teams Integration: Teams Meeting Link Not Generated for External Candidates

Hi all,

I'm currently working on an Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementation where the Microsoft 365 integration has been configured for interview scheduling. I'm experiencing an issue with the automatic generation of the Microsoft Teams meeting link and would like to check if anyone has encountered the same.

Environment & Setup

  • Oracle Recruiting Cloud (latest release)
  • Microsoft Graph Integration enabled (Calendar + Teams)
  • Authentication type: Client Secret
  • Access Type: All Users
  • "Enable Teams" checkbox: active
  • Validate Integration result: "The connection to Office 365 succeeded" ✓
  • Calendar Name field: empty
  • Default User Identifier field: empty
  • Microsoft Graph API permissions: correctly configured on Azure App Registration
