heavy swap usage

Hi Team,

Today we experienced significant database/application performance degradation for approximately 2 hours. During the issue window, the system performance was very slow and we observed that swap utilization was nearly exhausted. Unfortunately, we were unable to capture a screenshot of the swap usage at the time of the incident.

We would like assistance in identifying whether any specific SQL statements, sessions, or database activity contributed to the issue at past time.
