can't preview document in document record redwood page

in Human Capital Management

Hello,

We're facing a problem regarding document records page in redwood, specifically through (My client group —> Quick actions —> Document records). When clicking on 'View Document' to view the document before submitting, we get an empty report, only the customization done appears and the transaction doesn't appear in transaction console. We tried same document type but in a responsive page (my client group —> person management) and the document appears normally as expected and the transaction itself appears in the transaction console. Does anyone has an idea why this happen and how to fix it?
