Termination reversed but employee not showing for manager in team activity center

Summary:

Prior to 26C or the August monthly patch we could not reverse a term in redwood. We termed the record using terminate employment action in redwood and then reversed the termination in the responsive UI.

After the reversal the Refresh Manager Hierarchy process ran, but the employee did not show under the manger in Team activity Center. However, if we go to Me > Directory the employee is showing under the manager. The employee has one work relationship, and the assignment status is active.

Is there another process that needs to be run or how do we get the employee to show for the manager in the Team Activity Center or is there something else that needs to be done to fix this issue?
