Unpaid and Annual Leave sync

Summary:

Hi ,

There are 3 different absence types "Annual Leave, Unpaid Leave"currently. There is a requirement, when an employee apply for unpaid leave, the balance from annual leave should be deducted based on the leaves applied.

For example, if there is annual leave balance of 20 days, when an employee apply for 10 days of Unpaid Leave, balance from annual leave should be deducted and balane should be 10 days.

Kindly let us know if it is feasible achieve.
