Hide the Add Employer Description plus icon and default to the internal/external details

Summary:

Under Job Req, Is there a way in Visual Builder to hide the "Add Employer Description" (+) icon and have the Employer Description details display by default? We want to eliminate the need for users to manually click the plus icon to access the Employer Description section. I was able to hide the Employer Description component, but doing so removes the entire section rather than displaying the details by default.
