"Reassign" Action Is Not Available for Pending FinLeaseApproval Tasks

For the Lease Accounting approval task FinLeaseApproval, the Reassign action is not available in the Actions menu for a pending task.

Environment

Oracle Fusion Cloud Lease Accounting in a non-production environment. The exact quarterly release was not recorded in the related support request.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Enable the Lease Accounting approval workflow and generate a FinLeaseApproval task.
  2. Open the pending task in BPM Worklist as a user who has a custom role inheriting BPM Workflow Financials Administrator (BPMWorkflowFINAdmin).
  3. Open the Actions menu.

Expected Behavior

Reassign should be available because access for the Reassign action is configured as All (Administrator, Assignee, and Owner).
