AI Agent for bulk change of salary basis , post acceptance of change from employee

Summary:

We have a requirement to bulk upload the changes in salary basis for employees, however we need to be sure that the change letter has been accepted by the employee and then the change should reflect. We want to use AI for doing this . Is there a way to achieve this?

Following is the requirement:

1. A letter and a notification is generated to employee, showing the details of the compensation change
2. Once the employee accepts the letter, a change salary transaction is initiated and the change in salary basis should be reflected for that employee.

We tried to explore the option of Journeys however we can trigger the workflow agent only after completion or saving of the task . In case employee rejects the change we do not have an option to identify and not initiate the transaction.
