Negotiation on Fusion Procurement

On the Fusion procurement, RFQ is under Negotiation. But, generally, Negotiation event between buyer and supplier would be done after RFQ event and RFQ/RFI/auction is included in sourcing event. Changing the term of Negotiation to sourcing or sourcing might be acceptable in procurement professionals.
