Lease transaction and balance report for a specific month and Opening Balanc ROU is not reflecting

Summary:

I tried generate the report "Lease transaction and balances report" for the month of Aug in the prod, but it ended up running with the ROU accounted opening balance as zero for all the leases, but accruals is showing.

Given that the prior month's closing balance was reflecting correctly as expected but not the opening balance of the next month.

All the accrual process has been run and create accounting is done as well in the GL and the period is open. I dont know what am I missing here.
