Can the date time formats be formatted to be consistent within the BOSS tool?

Summary:

We're doing a POC using the Oracle BOSS Data Extraction tool and have found that some of the Date/Time data we are extracting is being truncated at different points depending on any trailing zeros. This is happening to data within the same column. Can a feature be added to make the data format consistent throughout a column?

This issue is happening across multiple columns that we are extracting. If we focus on a single column we can see the date timestamp within the column is inconsistent in its formatting. E.g. the TIMEUPDATED column shows 4 variations:
