REST API not working for Job Application questionnaire Response i.e., Prescreening responses

To retrieve the {recruitingCEJobApplicationsUniqID}, I tried using the following REST API:

/hcmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/recruitingCEJobApplications

However, I am receiving the following error:

"Error 401--Unauthorized"

Could you please advise if there is a working REST API available to fetch the Prescreening Responses? Also, please let me know if any specific roles or privileges are required to access this endpoint.

NOTE: I have used Basic Auth and the credentials which I used is correct.
