After a P2T refresh I saw that the scheduled processes of Load and Index Job Requisitions and Load and Index Candidates were run before the Load and Index Master Geography Hierarchy. The Load and Index Master Geography Hierarchy has yet to be run.

Will this cause any issues and, if yes, what is the best corrective measure?
