Payroll Flow Pattern – Email and Bell Notifications Not Triggered for Transfer to Subledger Accounti

Summary:

We are experiencing an issue with Payroll Flow Pattern task notifications in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Payroll.

The following notifications are enabled for the task:

• Flow Task Start Notification
• Flow Task Completion Notification
• Critical Alerts
• Completed with Alerts

The Owner Type is set to User, and a valid user with a valid email address is assigned as the owner.

However, when a new payroll flow is submitted and the Transfer to Subledger Accounting task is executed/completed, the assigned user receives neither:

• Email notification
• Fusion bell/worklist notification
