Unable to Create Michigan State Disability Calculation Card at LRU Level with 01/01/1951

Hi All,

We are encountering an issue while creating a State Disability Calculation Card for Michigan (MI) at the Legal Reporting Unit (LRU) level.

When we enter the calculation card details with an effective date of 01/01/1951 and click Continue/Save, the following error is displayed:

Too many matching records found. Specify additional criteria to limit the number of records.

The error occurs only after entering the effective date/card details and proceeding with Continue/Save.

As a test, we tried creating the same MI State Disability Calculation Card with an effective date of 01/01/2026, and the card was created successfully.

However, our relevant enterprise/payroll configurations are effective from
