Unable to Use "Calculate FTE and Headcount Automatically" Field in VBS Conditions in Transfer page

Summary:

Hi, I'm working on a Business Rule in the Redwood Transfer page and am trying to control the editability of the FTE field based on the value of Calculate FTE and Headcount Automatically.
Requirement:
- If Calculate FTE and Headcount Automatically = No, the FTE field should be editable
- If Calculate FTE and Headcount Automatically = Yes, the FTE field should be read-only

The condition is not being evaluated as expected and condition is not working. Please help me on this. Thank you.
