When does Auto-Conversion for Internal Employees trigger in Oracle Cloud

Summary:

Internal Employees, at the ORC config level, we have set the number of days as 15 days for automatically processing internal offers to assignments.  We need to understand at what time/date does ORC does the conversion and create the new assignment record. 

 

Example: Employee new assignment date is Sep 16

Based on the below config : Conversion should happen on Sep 01

Client's environment is configured to reflect Eastern Time

However, an integration built to trigger from ORC to Peoplesoft is picking up the details for this employee on Aug 31 at 11:59 PM Eastern. 

 

Has anyone faced a similar issue and would you be able to share some light on when does this conversion take place as ideally, it should be Sep 1 instead of Aug 31.
