26C Upgrade - HIRING MANAGER not able to submit Job Requisition

Hi, Experts,

As part of 26C upgrade regression testing, we found that HIRING MANAGER not able to submit Job Requisition. We are getting the below error

When we raise SR, Oracle is suggesting to include UPDATE JOB REQUSITION privilege. We don't have to over provision HIRING MANAGER with access, hence, we have not included this in the hiring manager role.

Also, without UPDATE JOB REQUSITION privilege, it was working fine before the upgrade. Can you please advise.
