Restrict Blanket Purchase Agreement for particular Deliver to location

Summary:

We would like to restrict BPA for particular Deliver to location.

Case:

BPA001 is created for Item 123 for supplier XYZ for Deliver to Location A

Now Location B is ordering item 123 from supplier XYZ but BPA should not be fetched for location B.

Please let me know if this is feasible and how to do it.
