Is it possible to Hide Candidate Search tab in Hiring app?

Hi everyone,
I wanted to check whether it's possible to hide the Candidate Search tab in the Hiring app.
I tried creating a sandbox and I used the Structure tool to set the Candidate Search tab visibility to No; however the tab is still visible.
Does anybody know why this happens? Is it possible to hide the Candidate Search tab and, if yes, how?
