Masking Candidate (without Candidate Profile) email addresses after P2T refresh

Hi Experts,

Every P2T refresh, we mask the email addresses of workers and candidates using HDL. However, we discovered that candidates without a candidate profile, or those with draft job applications copied from Production, were not included in the data masking process.
These candidates were excluded from the extracted report because they do not have a Person ID. As a result, their email addresses were not masked, which caused them to receive Draft Application Reminder notifications from the lower environment. This occurred because the "Send Draft Application Reminder Notifications and Automatically Confirm Applications" scheduled process is running in the lower pod. Surprisingly, the notifications were sent to live candidates weeks after the process was scheduled.
