We are currently running public negotiations that involve a large number of suppliers.

Could you please clarify if it is possible to directly invite or add non-registered suppliers to an ongoing negotiation in Oracle Fusion Sourcing?

If this is supported, what is the best practice/process to allow these suppliers to view and respond to the negotiation?
