Migration blocked due to "Application is in maintenance mode" and pending migration set

in HCM Integrations

Hi Community,

I'm facing an issue with the HCM Experience Design Studio Migration tool.

Source Environment: TEST
Target Environment: DEV2

I created a migration set from TEST to DEV2. The migration set now appears in DEV2 under Incoming Migration Sets with status "Waiting to be Imported".

However, DEV2 is showing the message:

"The application is in maintenance mode. Please migrate your changes later."

In TEST, when I attempt to create a new migration set, I receive the message:

"You cannot export your configurations because a migration is in progress on your target environment. Try again after it's complete."

I have already deleted the migration set from the source environment, but the target environment still appears to be locked.
