Sourcing Command Center unable to load Workload section

We have enabled Sourcing Command Center to have required all privileges and access but still unable to see details under Workload Section on Home page of command center. All other section are working fine. Also if we maximize the section , it shows Active , Draft, Pending Award Negotiations as well but why Workload Section is displaying error.
