Attribute set for NewItemRevision in entity

Summary:

As part of a business requirement, we are updating the New Revision field on the Affected Object tab of the Change Order via an OIC integration. The integration logic defaults the New Revision value to "P01" whenever the target lifecycle is determined to be Production.

This functionality had been working as expected; however, it has recently started failing intermittently with the following error:
