We have observed that in the latest(from September'26) SaaS Usage Metrics report, the following SKU is reported as not being measured by Oracle.

This SKU is related to Self Service Procurement access, does anyone have any idea why it is listed as not measured?
We would like to understand if there is any change in licensing terms.
