Asset Category not showing under Manage Asset Category

Summary:

I have imported the Asset Category using Update Fixed Asset Spreadsheet, values created under minor category but not showing in Manage Asset Category, I didn't associate any Asset books for this category. Im unbale to create the same category manually, what is the issue here?
