Redwood Add Contingent Worker - Stuck Infinite Loading

Hi everyone,

We are currently experiencing an issue with the Add Contingent Worker process for a specific manager.

When the manager enters the new contingent worker's information on the "When and Why" page and clicks Continue, the process remains stuck in a loading state indefinitely and never proceeds to the next step. To troubleshoot the issue, we tested the exact same scenario using a super user account, and in that case the process completed successfully without any problems.

Initially, we suspected a security/privilege issue. After reviewing the user's role assignments, we found that the following privileges were missing:
