Not able to view locations even after FSM import is successful

We have imported around 95 locations using setup export and import file in setup & maintenance. When we uploaded the file, it shows as completed successfully. However, when we are checking through UI, locations are not appearing either in classic UI page or redwood ones. When we are trying to create locations manually, it is giving unique location code error.

When we export after the import, we can see that all location are loaded only in the 'PO_INVENTORY_ORG_LOCATION' file but can't see them in any other CSV files inside ZIP.
