Ampere A1 Always Free instance disabled and unable to resize

in Arm Compute

Hello

I have an Ampere A1 Always Free instance in the
af-johannesburg-1 region that I am trying to resize to 2 OCPUs and 12 GB of RAM.

The instance OCID is:
ocid1.instance.oc1.af-johannesburg-1.anvg4ljri2iwkoicuhv6yieks46udlenx7x3r5gnahnn6gezq76cdgverj2q

When I try to make changes to the instance, I receive the following error asking me to please contact customer support to reenable.

I would like to keep the existing instance and resize it rather than terminate and recreate it and I will be compliant.
Could you please reenable the instance so that I can resize it to 2 OCPUs and 12 GB of RAM.
